KO - Update Your e-Gift Character Info! : KO News

Dear e-Gamers,

Some of you may have unclaimed rewards waiting for you in your e-Gift account.

Unfortunately, some e-Gamers have yet to update their Character Info in their e-Gift account, and this prevents us from letting you claim your reward. We would like to remind you to update your Character Info in your e-Gift account so you can claim your reward.

Steps to Update Your Character Info:

1. Log on to e-Gift.
2. Click on Pending Character Info.
3. A pop-up window will appear. (Ensure that you have disabled your pop-up blocker if you use one.) Choose your Game Server and Game Character.
4. You're done!

If you have not updated your Character Info and claimed your reward, please do so before Wednesday, 13th June 2007. Failure to do so will result in your reward being lost forever when we clear our database of pending reward claims after that date.
