I didn't post the programs name in the title, because other people could google search for it or something.
Just extract the files from the .zip, login to Knight Online, when you have selected your server, run the .exe, click continue and then click start on Knight Online.
This is a section of the readme which displays the controls etc:

Numpad * - open inn hostess
Type these as if you were trying to say them aloud

.autoloot - turn autoloot ON/OFF
.autosell - turn autosell ON/OFF
.report - turn player report ON/OFF
.swift - cast swift on yourself
.restart - restart hack after changing setting in elsasa.ini
Obviously I'm not claiming credit for creating this, its from www.kohack.tk, but noone else seems to have submitted it, and I've been using it for about a week or so, and while it doesn't feel like a cheat (other than the .swift command) it's very useful in terms of finding the hp of mobs and the access to the inn.
