Lets say...
I went on my Friends Account, With Diffrent IP Address and all. Dropped all his items, Then on a Diffrent Accoujnt Picked em up. That bannable, or is it the account holders fault for giving out thier password.

In cases of deleted characters, the only possible recourse NCsoft can take is to restore your character (without any items or adena) to its status before deletion.
