YOU CAN ENCHANT IT +4 BY THIS CHEAT..
DONT WEAR THE WEAPON,ENCHANT IT=+1
DONT WEAR THE WEAPON,ENCHANT IT=+2
WEAR THE WEAPON,ENCHANT IT=+3
DONT WEAR THE WEAPON,WEAR THE WEAPON,ENCHANT IT+=+4!!!!!

WTF.....
too +3 it is safe...if you go too +4 you always can break a weapon..There are NO cheats for!!!!
If you have a blessed dont be so sure cause it has the same change of a normal enchant but the thing is.... you cant break your weapon....if it fails you lose all your enchants...So...
The only way too enchant safe= winning a event with the price: +1 or higher on any weapon you want......
