Also, when you open the game and see the login and password windown in forgein text. Look directly to the bottum right hand corner of the screen. That down there is "options" you can also switch the tab to "English" which allows you to have a completely English interface. Downloading the English Pach just completes some of the holes it leaves behind. The only you won't be able to read is NPCs and Foreign Players text, everything else should be alright.
