Not confirmed...however, 5 hours after installing l2enabler, (not the latestest version, the 7/25 one) my account was logged in by someone. It was strange seeing the message "someone else has logged onto your account" when i was playing.
in addition, i am positive i do not have any other malicious programs on my computer (trust me on this one)
I am not going to make any false accusations, perhaps it was a server glitch or i got something else on my computer, but please do keep an eye open if you are using l2enabler.

I can't believe you're tryin to be all nice bout this.. DELETE that !@#$%^&* ASAP.
you don't have to accuse anyone, just put up a warning of potential backdoor and get that !@#$%^&* OFF your system. A server glitch doesn't tell you someone else is in your account.

I was the one that authored L2REnabler ---
Backdoor?! Think you need to look a little closer to home than to a program that doesn't even make use of an internet connection...

obviously it was edited by someone else.. and it has to be downloaded from somewhere onto your computers ethernet, from the internet.. also a backdoor on your systems ethernet can influence the internet(ie email) to send valuable info (like account passwords) to the person who mod'd it. gg thx no re OWNED

well I wasn't talkin to ya sataballz was goin for the smart-ass. and no I ment the ethernet -.- not the hard-drive. the hard drive is the physical memory but the ethernet is... it's like the in-computer internet without actually connecting to the internet... er.. ok.. if you had 2 computers linked or maybe even 30 for a business. the common interface they all share with each other is the ethernet.. like.. you can use the ethernet to connect to them individually without the internet. just used this cuz it made it easier to explain each computer has its own ethernet though.. and if u download the re-enabler there, which coincidently happens on the c: drive, the physical drive as well, the backdoor could then take valuable info.. im not too good at explainin

one reason to always have software firewall installed on your computer To say the least I have never had a virus on my computer, besides those I may put on my comp to test the code on my lan (i remove it of course), helps me protect my network if I know exactly what it does. As far as L2enabler goes for a trojan.... no it's not! Unless for some odd reason you have downloaded a copy that someone has modified. L2enabler has to functionality at the network level. I would look into the L2R directory and look at the l2.ini file and make sure it is connecting to the correct server... It is possible it is connecting to a private server which they can cache all your L2 info. If not any of these then dont give your L2 account info to anyone.

xavierl2 (!empty($user->lang['WROTE'])) ? $user->lang['WROTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'WROTE'))): Thanks for backing up that my proggie ISN'T trojan. LoL --- Silly Gamers --- You're being VERY ignorant. Haven't you ever heard of 'wrapping?' It's very popular with most trojans, as most torjan progs have the feature built in. Basically, all it does is take an existing *.exe and package in the trojan server with it. So, technically, your prog MIGHT NOT be a trojan, but someone might have edited it to be so. Also, if your program were a trojan, would you really admit it? Your denying it isn't unexpected.
