The support section of the l2 website is getting an update
The Support section of the Lineage II website and Help section of the PlayNC website will be undergoing an upgrade and maintenance on Monday, December 5th between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM PST on Tuesday, December 6th.
Customers may not be able to access the Knowledge Base, "Ask a Question" and "My Stuff" sections of the Support/Help Tool for the duration of the upgrade and maintenance window. For all Support inquiries during this time frame, please send e-mail directly to
support@lineage2.com; these inquiries will be queued for review once the upgrade and maintenance period has been completed.
