Patch Notes 012605During our maintenance period tomorrow (Wednesday, January 26 between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. PST),the following changes will be made:
Bug Fixes:
The Wishing Potion quest is now available. Speak to Alchemist Matild west of the Ivory Tower to begin the quest. The damage from a stun attack should no longer break the stun in PvP combat. Subsequent attacks on the stunned player still have a chance of breaking the stun. Fixed the profanity filter to now filter words properly regardless of capitalization. Fixed the incorrect skill names of Solar Spark and Solar Flare. The skills are now named correctly. Fixed inconsistencies and bugs in a number of item names and descriptions. Resolved an issue with dwarves not being able to wear/equip a symbol. Fixed the client crashes for the "Now, Bestow Special Power to Your Sword" quest. You can speak to Magisters Jurek and Gideon to begin or continue the quest. The issues with receiving quest items with a full inventory have been corrected. The client should no longer crash when you receive a quest item with a full inventory. Recipes with double names in the mouseover description have been corrected.
Additions:
The information in the Petition window has been updated. Gameguard is now integrated into the Lineage II client. This protects Lineage II from hacking and third party programs.
Changes:
The Broadcasting Tower and Race Manager in the Town of Aden have been moved. They are now located by the Dark Elf Guild. In the Test of the Reformer, two new quest items were added to the quest to fix potential problems with quest completion. Preacher Sla will now give the player three different letters to take to the villages. If you were in the middle of the Test of the Reformer before this patch, you may need to contact a GM for assistance. This can be accomplished with the /GM command. Constitution dyes for second class transfer symbols now include "High Degree" in the item name to differentiate the first and second class transfer dyes. If a character exceeds 80% of one's weight capacity or if the character’s inventory slots are 80% or more full (80 for Dwarves and 64 for other races), the character will not be able to have a conversation with an NPC regarding a quest. This will prevent various errors which can occur if a player carries out a quest under these circumstances.
There exists a patch for it but its used for private servers only.
