Wishing potion quest ... : Lineage 2 General Discussions

Well, I tryed to complete the wishing potion quest with the help of a quide but I found out I cant even start doing the quest ... the location of the first NPC (some dwarf) isn't the right one ... I tryed to find it but I got attacked from the aggros in the area and had to flee ... :S anyone could tell me where exactly is the npc ?

I see "Wishing Potions" all over the place, but I've never used them. What exactly do they do? Are they seriously worth that huge chunck of cash?...

I did start the quest about a month ago but never finished, theres a dwarf north east of Oren, across a river north of a waterfall. You will get the quest there.
