I belive that by dropping the adena you are causeing the lag not just monitoring it. I'm not sure if you can cause lag w/ alt+b

Droping adena piece by piece DOES NOT LAG IT!
It is only a method of detecting if the item server is lagging, if the adena does not drop that means that there is a "delay" in the server which you can take advantage of.

just keep pressing alt+b, works for me all the time.
but sometimes it takes a while, but always works for me.
