GOAL: to respawn at the location of your death rather than nearest town and have to run back.
PROCEDURE:
After you die click on restart (from options menu) but DO NOT confirm. At this moment you have2 windows right on top of eachother, the spawn in village window and the confirmation dialog for the restart. Timing is critical here, click on spawn in village button and your toon will stand up and the screen will fade to black, as it is fading, click on restart. The window of opportunity is only about a second long, if that. If done correctly you will be booted directly to your desktop, fast like. Leaving you free to log back into the game at the location of your death!!!
NOTE of Caution : when you come back you will have 0 Health
