1)Cath the packet of PM(Private Massage)with hlapex. This packet is called "say2"
2)Put on Auto-Send
The player who you PM will have a lot of lags, and soon he will be disconnected form the server by Criticall Error or something else
Note: The bigger massage will be the most better
Works on some Java\PTS servers
Just test if it works for you.....
