Someone had a Combined Commando's dress...she didnt want to tell me how to do it but i find it really interesting, to make dress from pants and pants from dress, or also i saw this with the MA robe, gamboling master's wear, modified into pants, if you know how to do it please post a reply below.

Not sure, but it is probaly just a graphical bug. Atleast in Data Base isn't any other than ordinary parts. So it's probaly result of some bit bugged armor which cause that effect.
