Anyone try this yet? Looks quite useful if it works as described. I'm cautious about trying these kinds of things but I'll give it a go!

Can this be ran on a second computer like ShowEQ so that it is virtually impossible to detect by Funcom? Most radars that are ran on the same computer as the game are detectable, but if ran on a seperate computer they are harder to detect.

Thx :)

These radars are reading the game's protected memory space in RAM, not packet sniffing, so it must be run on the machine with the game.

I seriously doubt Funcom would be able to detect this.

I was under the impression that hidden players are only server side and are not on your RAM. And the only way to access the hidden players you had to inject code into the stream to the servers which can be detected. Now am i right or wrong on this Wyvernx?

Funcom is different. They show all stealth players in memory so yea they can be seen on the radar!!!

If you have never used a radar, you are in for quite a suprise at how much you will enjoy using it for everything.

When hunting mobs = easy to see where they are without havign to look for spawns

when hunting PVP = easy to spot people even stealth mobs

when doing quests = easy to spot the resources to pick up.

I'm kind of surprised you opted to show stealthed players on your radar. You didn't do it in DAoC and stated reasons why, that had to do with game play and not the program.
