There is a trick to make people believe they are being warp scrambled by you.

Get close to the target ship dump some stuff from your cargo into space. Rename the container to "You". Target the the ship and target your container (the container must me the selected target). Start your warp scrambler.
The guy in the other ship (and all ships around) now receive the following message: "Jimbo is trying to warp scramble 'You'". A lot of people starts shooting you at this time get will get concorded for this

sorta fixed now, with latest update there is an option to turn off that message, you will only get the message if you are actually being WS

I'm going to have to try this one to see if it still works outside a station full of pirates. Was also wondering if you can name the can as close as possible to the name of the ship you want to get concorded eg; Ship = Nightsaber / Can = Nightsabar?
