So apparently the rift devs made a small coding error when they did the character creation area. This error has allowed it so players can hack their way to creating a bald woman in rift online. While its nothing amazing its still fun to stick out for doing something special no one else has thought of.

The hair slider numbers show you 1 - 12 in the GUI. This corresponds to byte values of 0 - 11 in memory.
Apparently a hair value of 12 (in memory) is invalid and has no hair model associated with it, but the server still accepts it as OK. You will not get a "The request to create the character was invalid" message.
This will allow you to create bald women and play them in the game.
