 Firing XU script "Start" button from a hard key? : Site and Program Suggestions

Hey is there anyway you can have the staff of tech's add in a configurable option to assign a keyboard key to start XU scripts (whatever the first one in the list is)?
I am working on the ability for the program to determine if the toon has been booted due to server downtime, logon the bot and fireup the XU script but I need the ability to start the scripts via a key cmd.
Anything you can do to help me out or let me know if this is already possible would be greatly app.
