I'm noticing when other people ask for help, yall tend to direct them to google or the search button, instead of answering their question. I know I didn't pay $25.00 to be directed else where for answers.

yes we direct them to that because if they spent a few minutes of their time they would have found it easy. some people point them in the right direction with a few keywords to use and some just tell them to search it just depends on the person. the reason why most people will not give a link is usually one of two things. they are lazy or they do not have the time to go through hundreds of topics and find the right one for a person to get the information they want.

Well it just irritates me when somebody could easily answer their question right on the spot, but instead direct them to the search button or google and add a smartass comment wondering if the guy is really so stupid he has to ask the question in the first place..

I agree sometimes we have users use the search function or google so they can learn more about how to find problems and if they still cant then we are more than willing to help. Just if they learn the search button it helps them.
