Top Rated Exploits / Guides : Site and Program Suggestions

It seems to be an issue that working Exploits and cheats and guides in the popular games where you have alot of posts can get pushed back very quickly in the confirmed sections making viewing hard.

I propose a system where you allow people to rate exploits and then have a popularity section for each game where it lists exploits in order of popularity - other than just those which have been viewed or replied the most.

You could have a point system for the posts, then each person could rate the guide, exploit cheat macro w/e from 1-5, all the points are added up and the top 10 posts are listed somewhere
