They only scale to your level when you're above 65, not below.

Alright, and I just noticed the security droids just have like 150HP... /facepalm
So, it's still really nice... Been grinding the new toon up there, 15 levels so far I guess. 
Not super-duper fast but very nice.

When u get the quest from the guy across from the meatlump king u only kill the sercurity droids and they die easily but still gives good exp
|

Instances in the meatlump themepark are meant for 65 or higher unfortunately

This seems nerfed! Instances in the meatlump themepark are meant for 65 or higher unfortunately Nada. I figured it out after posting. Just kill the security droids, they have 100HP and give normal XP payout

ok i am doing this now.. ground out an entertainer, got access to meatlump park.. did lagacey to talus... hit lvl 51 once i changed to a combat class..went Medic.. i can kill everything in the droid maintence area. but takes me a bit to kill the real lvl 65's// is commando faster than medic in there.. if so i may respec just to clear it faster and respec to medic at 90.

Yeah, I would say that commando has a good focus on DPS (and tank). Medic is a support profession, but it's nice to see that you want to play it.
