1) Group with a Squadeleader.
2) Get another person in the group.
3) Have the squade leader apply a buff to you.
4) Have them then apply to the other guy.
5) You will have a perma buff even after you leave the group.

NOT confirmed! I got a Squad Leader buff 2 days ago and no longer have it. I just logged on to make sure.

He did say "perma" buff. Last I checked perma was forever.
