You can set a structure with vendors to private, here's how.
Before the contents of the structure load, type /setPrivacy while inside.
The structure will be private, and will continue to be private once things load up. Thoroughly tested this, it really is private.
Note: If you leave the area, log out, or otherwise force a reload of the contents, it will automatically set the structure to public again.
May be useful to someone.

might be useful for traders who want to have special vendors with low priced items for "special" custom orders.
Oh and /yay took some time and retries to get it working but it works.
