well you get it from mort in the cantina in dearic on talus you go to keren for part of his miss once you finsih it you get it

I know on my server that armour is very common and can be bought off vendors fairly cheap. Seems that maybe your only option unless you wait until November and buy the new pack with all the expansions in it. (Christmas?)
