I noticed this is 1 of the best food in the game. My question is how do you get large stacks? I have seen these for sale on trade forums they are very expensive.

It's been "nerfed" for a while now. Before you received a stack of 20 as a reward from the nurse's quests in the Myddril Caverns on Kash. But now you only get one pie as a reward.

People who had old stacks from before they changed the stats, had the stacks remain at 20 with the new stats. So you need to find an elder who didn't PvP much or didn't use food buffs all the time.

Yah, its a shame that these food rewards only come in singles now, as it makes it more a collection piece than anything of use.

you can send in a ticket saying u only got one from the quest and they will replace it with the 20 stack
