Star Wars Galaxies: Game Update 5.12(0)
On Tuesday, October 21, at 4:00 AM PDT all U.S. and European galaxies will be taken down for server maintenance and a live update.

When the update is complete, all galaxies will be live but unavailable while we complete final testing. All galaxies will be made available after that time.

Game Play:

-Weapon trail and sound effects should work properly again.

Galactic Moon Festival:

-Player height is no longer changed when putting on a costume. This means a tall Wookiee will be a taller Jawa in costume, for example.
-It should no longer be possible to get stuck in a costume even after the buff has been removed.
-Max Rebo's Collected Classics: Dirge can now be bought by any profession, not just entertainers. To learn the song you still have to be an entertainer, however.
-Spies can no longer use Decoy while in costume.
-The Galactic Moon Festival hanging house sign now works on player owned cantinas.
