Trying to run 2 instances at once??? : Star Wars Galaxies Discussions

Ok im trying to run 2 instances at once using windows xp. First account loads fine. Then i log out and go to 2nd account try to log that one on and it keeps saying toward the end update is finished but wont let me launch the game thats weird. I also tried making user.cfg file [SwgClient] allowMultipleInstances=true and does the same thing when i try to load the second account. Simple ??? why is it saying the update is finished but wont let me launch the game trying both these ways.
