Yep, smugglers can conceal their groupmates/guildmates at whim, but one thing i love to do is group with a fellow melee smuggler when restuss pvp line is camped by the opposing force as we wail on one target we pick out beforehand. Now, the trick to get your cloak to work on each other and for both of you to remain cloaked while moving is as follows: both be combatant, smuggler a runs around smuggler b in a circle, smuggler b conceals smuggler a while he's moving (whom now cannot stop moving otherwise that usually breaks the stealth), then, smuggler b must be moving within 7m of smuggler a (whom is still moving), and smuggler a uses conceal on smuggler b. This does not break smuggler a's already existing conceal. Now, you have 2 smugglers cloaked (and undetectable, unlike normal stealths), that can continue to move (and must to remain cloaked) for the duration of the skill (approximately 30 seconds). Then, simply, both maintain moving, have the same enemy(ies) targeted, and cross the line and use their crit skills. If both smugglers are melee temp'd, and the opposing force is stupid enough to stand with 8m of each other, I've been able for this tactic to take out upto 20+ people due to the smuggler crit buffs and the right weapons. Works with 100% guarantee.

It's a nice trick, and although it's nothing new, it does work. Yay.
