keep higher level equipment when changing space squads : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

This is a game bug that allows a player to use higher level starship parts..i.e level 6-7 at lower levels if they are changing faction squads. It is only useful if a player quits and rejoins the same faction (Imperial, alliance, neutral), but a different squad, an example is change from storm squad to inquisition. First I leveled to the ability to use level 6-7 starship gear, and I equipped out a TIE heavy (this can be the lower level larger mass fighter of any faction), then I resigned changed squads and leveled until I could use a regular TIE fighter. After I could use the regular TIE fighter I could use my fully equipped TIE heavy with level 6-7 gear. I could also use all the programmed droid commands too. This could be useful if someone gets stuck on one squad and would want to change to another but stay the same faction.

Can premium members say yay or nay to this being moved to a confirmed section.

This is a Yay.. it's been around for ages.

One note:- You have to switch from say Imp to neutral to imp to neutral and so on.
