Smuggler Fast talk Buff without underworld mission : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

Go to a location where you had to turn in Underworld missions, such as, the NPC's outside restuss, NPC's outside narmle, NPC's outside endor research and target the npc's named "a thief" and use the fast talk ability and you get the buff.

Would be cool to get premium points for this, but my main reason for posting this is I would like people to help me figure out a way to get the sly lie buff without getting the mission.

This is useful for filling up your buff bar before going into a bf, but the other buff would be amazing because it gives you 10% dodge and Strikethrough for 10 minutes so lets get cracking, there's gotta be a way.
