SWG Cheats - Get your Ewok Crossbows and 2k DPS weapons : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info - Page 5

All exploits I find I keep to myself. All exploits shared to me I keep to myself. I use to pay money to view the member exploit area of this site, but after seeing what happened here to other exploits, I allowed my membership to lapse. Makes me upset to think the hard work it took to find that exploit and sharing it here, was for nothing.. Within hours you have people abusing it..

The reasons I think this happens..
1. Former members like myself can view the submissions area. In other words we are getting them for free, therefore not caring what happens to it..

2. People submitting exploits and given 30 days to view premium member areas.. Again, they are holding little value something they are able to access that other people are paying for..

Solution..
1. Only allow premium members to view the submissions threads..

2. If #1 isnt an option. Have two submission areas. One for regular members, and one for premium members. That way your paying customers can share their exploits with other paying customers.

Well, atleast I did accomplish one thing. Many many people always wanted a Ewok Crossbow that they could afford.

only problem is how many of us pay fr subscriptions yet dont discover holes on our own? even if we are not hole abusers we would likely not see what we are paying to see

When you try this it now says "You may not remove that item form this NPC's inventory. Nice try though." I sh*t you not. That's what it litereally says.

So is it nerfed already?

It still works just tested it out please move this to confirmed though or its not going to last much longer!

it works as of tonight. you have to do this step by step as OP stated. if you call your droid before you are supposed to you get that message.

I can't. My mod rights expired and need to be Re-instated, And the Admin is not on to do that. So were at out luck untill he gets on.

Works great, until you log off and then back on. Lose uber stats on most items.

Whats it say in my submission about the only items that retain stats?

ONLY CL-1 Items retain stats.
Ewok Crossbow, Unknown Weapon, 1st Generation Lightsaber, and a sword from the Nightsisters

It is sad that there is ppl who do non-intelligent things like useing stuff in pvp or braging in spatial and getting screen shoted. it is unavoidable.

I do agree on a seperate area where only payed members can access so the freebie scavengers cant frack things up. I also do agree with the pm Idea.

I've been testing this out with various storyteller NPCs and I think the pattern of what weapons get nerfed on log out/log in is determined by whether or not the weapon can be typically (or at all) looted off NPCs. I had several -1 cl weapons self-nerf on me, so I'm not sure that's the pattern. It's funny, I have a lightsaber that I grabbed off a Dark Jedi that has no required profession. It and the Ewok crossbow are the only two weapons, besides the wooden staff and reinforced staff, which I didn't bother with looting, that retained the high stats after logging back in after several hours.

Another weapon I looted was a Curved Sword that is categorized as a one handed lightsaber.

Not that I'd be stupid enough to PVP as a non-Jedi profession with a lightsaber lol

It's a shame there are people out there so eager to ruin a good thing.
