Just need to be careful to shoot SHer Kar only once before she gets stuck.
This way you don't agro the kiddies.

Easy stuff..

Tried last night and after I only did single shot it worked like a charm. Only issue was that I got kicked out of the instance before I killed it...

Being melee I really didn't have a decent rifle, was using a converted T-21.

What weapons (usable by all classes) are you using and how long does the kill take?

Update: Killed it tonight with 4 minutes left. Still too slow though.

I was trying it with rifle..1st try she just trucked on through and i used sprint stim to break agro. 2nd time worked like a charm.

So up to this point its about 3-5 min tops.

I get sher kar down to 2/3 health (maybe 10-15 min more tops), when screen freezes and im warped to menix with a message saying "your session has expired".

Did i experience a glitch or GM intervention?

I did this twice last week. Seems I can no longer do it. Everytime i get her down to 100K health I lose aggro and she runs back to her corner. Can anyone else confirm it still works?

Worked for me still last night...

Ive killed her successfully 3 times ( and all 3 times i got knuckles and polearm ) but now since sept 14. i get her to 700k hp and she unaggros and went back . I'm standing on the exact waypoint given by OP. I tired the entire session till i was booted and still no luck, at 700k hp every time she unargos and goes back about 10 attempts till i was booted.

It still works, i just completed it. Make sure you have a high dps weapon, and that you dont dodge on the cavern damage that you get every so often or that might move your character enough to reset aggro. Plus once you get to the safe spot you can switch to a pistol or carbine, there is no need to use a rifle except for the initial first shot.

I take the first shor with a rifle, move to the safe spot about 25m from sher kar, pull out a carbine and go auto fire. Then I call in a droideka that I had waiting on the safe spot.

Even without buffs take her down with plenty of time to spare. The loot drops on the other hand have been less than favorable. Keep getting that damn pistol and the two handed sword.

be carefull when she starts the agro.. when she is near one of the young ones and you shoot they will agro.. if you wait shooting untill she is a bit away from em, they wont agro.. ohh and you can stand 12m from her and do that =p
You can even stand 5m from her and hit her with a saber and all specials without taking damage hehe

Can also solo her with a crafter with no heals.

1) Pull your droid (a pet might work too)
2) Get her stuck like in the original post
3) While shooting her, have the droid attack
4) When you need to heal, step away until aggro drops. The droid will keep attacking and she doesn't attack it.
5) Heal and return to fight more.

*She will sometimes lose aggro no matter what the droid does

omg I got the schematic on the first time I killed her this way!!

The first time I tried using this method the !@#$%^&* scurried across the cave back to her spawn point at about 70k health... needless to say I was pretty pissed. So this time around I brought my second account, made him BH, and spam armor break, ambush and snipe. Killed her before the 30 minute warning came up woohoo!
