account problem : General & Trouble Shooting

After my credit card was declined I resubscribed and paid the 14.95 again but access still has not been upgraded. Have sent 4 e-mails and no response yet. can someone help me?

What the hell is going on. After I resubscribe pay another 14.95 still havent got upgraded. After 6+ e-mails that no one responds to and numerous PM's that have yet to be responded to I give you till friday to refund my money. I have already filed a complaint with pay pal friday morning I'll fill a lawsuit for interstate fraud. This is my final request refund my money by friday or:

ok I guess ill post this here since you wont bother to reply to my e-mails. Last time when my debit card was messed up I repayed the 14 dollars you told me you activated the account under kengilreath and it would be 3 mos free since i paid the 14 dollars. The next month I was billed 3.95 so i took the card off the next month and you cancelled my account. I cant even log on as kengilreath anymore. I was almost about to buy a life time membership But the way you ignore my e-mails I'm not sure if i want to. Please fix 1 of the accounts
