Cant xunleashed wont lose focus : General & Trouble Shooting

I cant run FFXI in anything but windowed mode, otherwise I cant alt tab out. it wont lose focus on the FFXI app.

When it happens I have dialog, and anti-detect checked. Plus auto-update and random names and ignore direct input checked.

if anyone else is experiencing or has experienced let me know if there is a way around it.
