 error comes up when startingXU. : General & Trouble Shooting

when i start the program and click play it starts POl liek it should but when it comes time to fullscreen mode it comes up with an error. I dont knwo why. And can someone tell me how to use the summoner program? Ive never used this beore so please bear with me. Thank you for your time
