Fatal Error Unleashed at Log IN : General & Trouble Shooting

Greetings...I hit play on Unleashed ..it launches Eq2 ...then I enter info for log in and Hit play ..then I get a fatal Error Message <verify> D:\live\eq2\framework\core\devices\src\DirectrenderDevice.cpp (995) Failed to create 3D3 device for RADEON X850 Series ..plz help
