Lord of the rings online forum doesn't show up. : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

It seems that I'm having trouble visiting the lord of the rings online forum.
It just gives me this message:

template->_tpl_load(): File ./templates/subSilver/../../../phpbb2/TopicsCache/lotro-news.htm does not exist or is empty

Haven't checked with another browser/computer as this seems a server side error.

does not work with any browser


i can get to one of the lotro forums
by googling
skip 3rd boss in lotro
will bring a link to the cheats forum which works
