STILL NO PREMIUM PLEASE HELP : General & Trouble Shooting

Title says it all, still no answer from my PM to admin.
MMO had us mail over our username/password and paypal subscription info. Is that to be the same here.

I understand that TU was attacked but even so i would still like a response to this, or simply a refund either way.
