Vanguard SOH : General & Trouble Shooting

I signed up because you still list an active bot support for Vanguard and I used your services in 08. Now, the latest update to VGExtreme and the bots is 4 years old. Naturally it does not even start. I'd like to cancel my sub and to receive a refund please.
