Windowed mode in other games? : General & Trouble Shooting

I was wondering if I would be able to use XUnleashed to open other games in windowed mode that arent listed on the forums. Specifically, I'm trying to play Rome: Total War windowed. I can get XUnleashed to launch the program but not in windowed mode. Can anyone help me get it working windowed?
