What I am and how you can recreate it:

I'm a gnome necro - level 8. There is a quest named library something. Basically you must kill a bunch of hallowed men and get to some poison crystal - yadda yadda yadda. Turns out there is an additional quest inside. If you kill certain things in order (go to the top level of the mine area and kill everything) you spawn a creature. The Colosal Hollowman - a named, no doubt. Well I wasn't thinking and I died to him... I ran back and he's still there but I cant attack him... So I started goofing around...

Now for the bug - PLEASE vote me in fast -

So we have a ghosted mob that I really can't attack or cast on. If you get directly under him and right click, then hit escape then right click again - your awareness and combat awareness will go up... SAFELY!!! You can keep it maxed out by recreating ghost mobs.

Its very simple to do. PM me if you want more details but this is fairly in depth. I'm positive this will work with any other non static spawning mob that you can get to ghost. By ghost I mean he's there, you see him, you do /flush he's still there... but you can't attack him...
