Since my main question (Is there a way to determine if a spell got resisted) can be answered by logically concluding if the debuff is not on the mob after casting it, then it resisted, my main question is Is there a function that can tell if a debuff or a dot is on a mob?
A necro hunting bot unable to determine if a dot resisted doesn't do much for one's confidence factor for walking away from the keyboard, especially since I've already died a few times now because the resist rates on some mobs are rediculous (and it's not like certain types are overly resistant just certain particularly spawned mobs that you don't know are highly resistant until you start fighting them)
Also I've noticed the distance calculations -seem- to be way off, might just be the script, but things were not getting autotargeted until I went into the vg_service and bumped the vg_yards from like 60 (or whatever it was) to like 200. Also distance in vg is measured in meters NOT yards.. hence when you join a group and their across the continent it says km (kilometers). This might explain why the distance seems off, if what we have on our hands is a unit issue then it most definately would help to explain why things aren't getting auto-targeted..
