Yes edgaral, it is in the works. Its a different API, but yes there will be a XUM version of the ffxiservice that will work stand alone.
I got the patch working.
ETA is like 20 more mins while I add in some missing API's for those that want to play with them.. ie current gold, etc.

The latest update fixes the chatlogging issues, but appears to have regressed the issue with the ItemName function that occured at the previous update. The function does not return any values now. A fix would be appreciated. Also thank you for the new functions.
I've attached the test script that I used to validate the issue.
Thanks.

Hmm yeah, scripts using the ItemName function don't work properly. At least not for me (CTS mainly). Is it a ffxiservice problem or something else?

The problem is in the ItemName function in FFXIService. This has happened in the past and Wyv was able to put in a fix fairly quickly.

Ack, thanks.
And thanks for the test script, that lets me know exactly what name function I need to update.
PS sometimes its quicker to send me a PM stating that something is broke as I dont always keep up with some threads on a daily basis.
unoone, do you like the new API's i added?

Wyvernx,
Thanks for the update. I checked it this morning and it looks good. The new APIs are nice, especially the xp and xp to next level ones. I've been playing with the idea of taking one of the hunting bots and making it an xp bot for low level xping off of EP mobs. If only RL wouldn't take so much of my time...

Can anyone confirm that the itemname function is fixed in the 1.x service version? I'm travelling at the moment so I can't check it, but I have hear that the function is still not working in that version. Again this is unconfirmed.
