positive, the FFXI service does everything that the sniffer does.
If you want something added or a feature is needed, just let me know!

wyvernx";p="52477 (!empty($user->lang['WROTE'])) ? $user->lang['WROTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'WROTE'))): Yea, but it is in beta, he hasnt posted it to the downloads yet.
Scan the ffxi macro forums for it.
where? i cant find it in the macro forums. I want what relax was talking about.
"in a sence yes,
Client --> Server : Provoke monster with ID 8
Client --> Server : Provoke monster with ID 8
Client --> Server : Provoke monster with ID 8
Server : Monster ID 8 exists
Client --> Server : Provoke monster with ID 8
Server --> Client : Spawn monster with ID 8 "
that appeared to be what fast fingers 3.3 did.

that was just speculation about another bot another user claims to have. We were talking about how such a bot would opperate thats all.

ok, understood, looking at your "theory" is appears to be exactly what fast fingers 3.3 did. hunting Spook, FF3.3 would clear the screen of all mobs but spook.. other people would bring in bats and trains to stop the spam vokers.
Watching my screen it would do nothing then all of a sudden when spook was loading into the game it. FF3.3 would go wild spaming voke, but "there is no valid" target. Then spook starts so spawn and i was right on him, every time.
I think the "theory" has been proven to be fact.
now is it just a matter of getting the memory scans readi outs of the nm ID's or just names, or something??? I dont know I am just starting to get in to coding I'm learning java right now, in my classes. If someone could pull me off to the side and tell me to do a few steps to get a read out to report back to them to help out, I would someone just has to tell me what to do.

If there is anything that can be added to the service to put me on the same playing field as the ridiculusly blatent jp and na botters I would be more than greatful. I cant remember how many times i've stood at faf/aspid/kb trying to get claim and watch others pop them claimed. I've come to the conclusion the only way to win a claim is to fight fire with fire. I've tried hydrahunter and its too slow for the other bots. Any help would be apprciated.
PS. I know nothing about scripting.. lol.. I bought this services cause the radar is invauable and if I could get a bot to put me on the same playing field as others I would be most happy.

The difference between being able to read memory and sniff packets is that you can't SEND things to the server without knowing the packet. With a functional packet sniffer we could do something like:
Server>Client: KB Pop packet
XU instantly reacts by sending the packet for Voke KB to the server.
This is how things like d2jsp worked . . it sent packets without actually interacting with GUI of the game. IF this is what JP's have . . . then they have a huge advantage.

I know the frustrations of not being able to win a pull versus BOTs. On my server two LS uses such bots with monks and always win the pull. In fact so much so only once has a NA LS manged to win one of the HQ pops of the three big ones.
While on one had I wish there was a way to bar all from operation, I don't think this will be possible. So to be able to enjoy the fun of the Fight I wish to see the playing field leveled.

Maybe you can find it by scouring the JP boards yunna, several of us have searched for it and have had no luck in finding it. If you manage to stumble onto something let us know

So, Hydru, did you get enough money for all your new computer parts? Any chance you could share your script with others now?

One big problem with claim bots is that if you want to beat a JP, you have to be reading memory. If your relying on the old tab style or even slightly better non-memory reading bots you will get killed on pulls. The big thing us NA and Euro players have to overcome is the fact that the servers are in Japan, they implamented that new mob pop dead then stand up system but the timing is still a little poor on it as I have seen people voke a "dead" mob. You should also know that everytime they patch or update the stuff moves in your memory so it makes memory reading a little difficult after updates.
