Wut is a good second profission for a ranger?!?! I keep dieing

Well I think it depends on what lvl you are.

IM brand new

wut will happen if i choose one will i get any more or less skills

You will get more skills to collect.

And much much later you can change your 2nd profession to something else, if you get bored with whatever one you choose.

Since new, I would go for monk so you can heal yourself eventually which makes your very first run in the game less frustrating.

Personally i like necro for life transfer, or ele for fire damage.

ok but i need health and energy pionts to go up because my power shot takes 10 energy and i only have 25!

Your energy will basically never change much. you just have to learn when to use your powers and when to let fly with the normal stuff.

make sure you pick any bows that drop and use the one with the highest damage factor. If you win one as a quest reward then use that one.

Do lots of quests to gain levels so you have more health. If you really are struggling ask someone else to come with you (if they are a ranger watch waht they do)

Find the people who give you the second professions and use the skills they give you for a while to see if you like it. Then try all the others.

You can't really make a bad choice. It is purely that...choice. Go with what you like.

If you really are dying a lot on pre-searing you need to play a lot more to get a feel of the game mechanics and how to outfox your opponents.
