Cash on hand: Locked

Have one Elite Skill In Your Skill Bar, Capture Signet To Capture Another Elite Skill. you'll Have 2, And Continue The Process To Have More!!!

The capture signet was removed. As wer the necklace and the ring.

No they weren't...
Signet of Capture is very much still in game. This still works, but it should be mentionned that it automatically removes all but 1 elite ability next time you go into town.

In a very rare case this COULD be useful, but I really dobut it, no elite skill is godlike, and like ak said, they are removed as soon as you enter town again ( or zone out i think ). so almost pointless

I'd go for no premium on this one.
Then again, If the author knows of a way to keep these abilities when you zone into a town and wants to ammend the post, this would definitely be a worthwhile post.
