This is one of the easiest and quickest ways to solo The Underworld for smites. Character must be a monk/warrior although it may be possible with another combination.
Skills:
1.Blessed Signet
2.Healing Breeze
3.Zealots Fire
4.Balthazar's Aura
5.Bonetti's Defense
6.Balthazar's Spirit
7.Essence Bond
8.Protective Bond
Armor:
2 Scalp Designs:
4 pieces of any armor, can be ascalon, etc. The armor must have superior runes on every peace, which would bring your health down too 105. Make sure there is at least 1 sup rune for healing and divine favor, and remember. Superior Runes don't stack attribute but they do stack the health penalty.
Attribute Points:
Before Armor
After Armor + Defenders Scalp Design
The reason for leaving some unused attribute points is so that the use of attribute refund points is minimized to 4 every time at trip is made to uw.
You will also need a collectors protection icon which is used for casting 1 spell, after which another icon is equipped to keep health at 105. I'm pretty sure it requires 4 feathered caromi scalp, which can be gotten from the surrounding groups of tengu or by farming riverise <.<
Trader Name:
Location:
So now you equip your armor, and the defenders scalp design....and take a trip to uw. Your health should be at 105, attribute points should be set to those above with 16 in protection and at least 2 attribute refunds. Equip the protective icon, make sure your using a wand in your other hand and not a staff. With the icon, you should have a 20% chance of having +17protective prayers. Now keep casting protective bond on yourself untill it says you lose -1 energy for every 5% of health lost. If you cast protective bond and it says -2 energy instead of 1, cancel the spell by double-clicking on the icon and re-cast.
Now that protective bond is set, change icons so that your health returns to 105. Refund 2 points from protective prayers and put them into smiting. Then equip the Zealots Scalp Design bringing your smite prayer up to 16. Cast Balthazar's Spirit, and Essence Bond on yourself. You should now be running 3 enchants, with 1 energy regeneration. Use Blessed Signet to regain most of your energy.
While fighting in UW it is key to first cast Zealots Fire, and Healing Breeze prior to fighting a Mob. Keep Re-Casting healing breeze when it is about to expire to keep your health up. Cast Balthazar's Aura as needed to deal damage, and bonetti's defense/blessed signet to regain energy. REMEMBER that a spell/skill which starts being casted while bonnetti's defense is active will have a lower chance of being interrupted.
Fight the Bladed Aatxe in groups of 3, once you've cleared out the 3 groups talk to the npc and accept the quest. 3 more groups of grasping darkness should appear. Fight them group by group. Remember to cast healing breeze before entering a fight with them as they may cancel it. After the 3 groups are gone fight your way to the smites. It is possible to take out all groups without aggroeing the coldfire. This build is not designed to withstand coldfires, so don't try fighting them.
REMEMBER: As long as zealots fire is active all the skills you cast will deal extra damage. If it goes out re-cast it as when fighting the squids(grasping darkness) balthazar's aura may get interrupted so your only way of damaging them might end up being blessed signet, healing breeze, bonnetti's defense. Although I have yet to have that problem.
I have tried many uw solo smite builds and they either didn't work, or took way too long. This character build is meant to be efficient. It takes a few tries to figure out how things run but after you should have no problem making it to the smites every time.
If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will answer to the best of my knowledge by editing this post...seeing as how I can't reply in this board

Interesting. Of course, there have already been about 3 submissions EXTREMELY similar to this. Dare I say, Identicle to this. However, this is easily the most detailed one.
Sadly however, none of these guides tell us how to protect ourselves against the mesmers and necros who will gleefully strip our enchantments and obliterate us and our 105 hp.
Lol, wasn't sure if this was posted before or not. But the whole point of this build is to farm smites

. Flesh Golems and the like can be farmed with a spell breaker setup. I never bother with quests, but I suppose I can try and see what happens <.<.
