Armor : GW Guide Discussion

What are the best runes to use on armor, the stackable ones or the ones that give you more skill points. I am looking for a really good build the cheap way. I bought all of my armor in ascalon city and need some advice, i cannot farm real well, and usually have only 1k at a time. i am a nec/ all but usually go nec/ mes for my ss build. any1 have any advice on a build also? i dont like to use guild wars guru or guild wiki.

For your build id say a curse rune, a reaping rune, vigor rune and energy runes.
