How do I get the Guild Wars game Nightfall? : GW Guide Discussion

I was trying to buy Nightfall on Guild Wars. I used a Mastercard. I went through all the billing process and then checked to see how much money I had left on my card. They had charged me the right amount but when I downloaded Guild Wars, Nightfall was not on it. I tried downloading it again and again but it still didn't work. How do I fix this and get Nightfall?

did you create nc master account?
were you adding expansion?
did you apply new key code from purchase to master account?

I upgraded my prophecies only account by buying the trilogy pack ($29.99) while in game from the store, the trilogy pack doesnt show at the online store (see screenshot, it shows the fire imp, MOX bonus but doesnt mention the char slots, I upgraded had four went to 8; 2 each faction, nightfall)
