Many of you have said that you wanted a trial service. We have been listening.

We are committed to excellence, and we are committed to our unequaled service!!!

We believe that we are the best in the business for online game information and we want to prove it.

As a result, we are now offering a 72 hour refund policy if you are not completely happy with your service.

Thats right, 100% refund policy with no questions asked.

Here is how it works.

You sign up for our service. Take a look around and start enjoying the content that we have to offer. If within 72hours you still cannot see the benefits of what we have to offer, just ask for a refund.

Thats it!


If you wish to have a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send a Private Message to Tault_Admin
2. Subject - Satisfaction Guarantee
3. Body - Copy us the invoice that you were sent via email for confirmation of your purchase. Be SURE to include your forum name.
4. The Invoice needs to have your subscription payment receipt. That will be like S_XXXXXXXXX.

Please be aware that while we process refunds on a daily basis, it can take up to 20 days to show up in your credit card statement. Also refund periods are only for the 72 hours. It is a members responsibility to cancel their subscription.

*Note the satisfaction only applies to the yearly accounts. One week and one month accounts are null and void. All eligible refunds given will be charged a 4.95 processing fee.
