FOW warrior....hold this book : GW Discussion

I have been in a lot of fow groups lately with your typical book people.
I was just wondering what skills does the book guy use?

I have a warrior (usually play a ss necro) and he needs skill points so I wanted to get him some book toting exp LOL

ps will this be a fast way to get skill points on him?

I need to get some more, I have built chest runner, rune farmer, and spider build and running out of skill points

Maybe do the cave outside of forge,,what build for that?

To hold the book, I use a typical Tank build ( K/Mo ). One Monk supports for live and damage.

I have never had that job but a lot of people say you don't need any skills, while some say you need stances.

whats the real story

you dont really need stances but in some situations they may save your life.

If you are going with a guild group you wont need any stances but you may want to take doylak sig and endure pain. This for when you take agro of the skeleton groups before you get the book. You should be aiming to gain agro of all the melee skelletons while the casters are hitting you aswell (team shouldnt come in until you have all the melee on you)

If one of the monks takes spell breaker you wont need any stances or dolyak sig.

If im playing book holder i always take sheild of judgement if there is no SS necro on the team, if there is ss then ill take glads defence for the hell of it, some people take after shock to add to the knock down of metor shower but this means you are ele secondary and cant have a rez spell if for some ungodly reason you need it.

its really up to you what you want to take

i say u could do a 55 monk build mabe. but u have to round them up quick. I dont think u can really tank anything. As for everything so high lvled. Well what do i know im a nub as called by my guild lol

when you say ss necro what does ss stand for? sorry never figured that one out.

I have seen some of the book warriors get board and say brb and
never move for a long time...so maybe nothing matters with a good group.


Usually play SS echo necro but since I bring ritual I usually end
up running in circles hitting all the people with that.


pyro1230 SS is spitefull spirit.. with echo I have hit a group as many
as 4 or 5 times....talk about yellow flying everywhere
